Finally back on the bike… 🙂 I went for a test ride on saturday with the entire McPfluger Clan (unfortunately without Heidi and the dogs… 🙂 ) and the easy riding went really well. As long as I stand a lot and focus on tightening my ab and lower back muscles when a hit is expected, I never felt pain.

Friday night fun playing “Catch Phrase” at the cabin and we all got early Christmas presents from Ashley… “I Love Boobies” hats 🙂
Douglas and I went wine tasting in the neighbourhood. Great sunday entertainment!

A few weeks ago, I got up one morning and saw that my bag of pistachios lying on the fridge had a hole…. Wondered a little, did nothing. But this morning, Michaels trap apparently caught a mouse in the kitchen. So goodnight Mickey Mouse, you had your last pistachio!!!
