Volleyball

Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams, typically consisting of six players each, are separated by a high net. The objective of the game is to score points by sending a ball over the net and into the opposing team’s court. Players use various techniques, including serves, passes, sets, spikes, and blocks to control and strike the ball. The game can be played on different surfaces, most commonly indoors on a hardwood court or outdoors on sand, known as beach volleyball. Matches are played in sets, with teams needing to reach a certain number of points, often 25, and win by a minimum margin. Volleyball emphasizes teamwork, communication, and strategy, making it a dynamic and engaging sport enjoyed by millions around the world.
