This past Sunday I enjoyed the privilege of coaching 6 grown-ups. We’re talking an age-average of 40something. Big-Bike owners are usually a fair bit older than those that own an Enduro bike, so it wasn’t surprising that I would be the youngest. Ironic, isn’t it?
On the course we went through all the basic stuff such as correct position on the bike, how to navigate at low speeds, we clutched a bunch, braked at times, threw the body in all directions and all that good stuff that we all know we need to master, in order to stay on the wheels at all times.
On top of that, we used a couple of the endurocross obstacles, went over some small logs and tires and passing even the smallest of obstacles on a +200kg motorcycle is an achievement in itself. No point for style were given :-)
