This is undoubtedly my favourite way of coaching. Being able to train and help you on a weekly basis is what thousands of people make use of in many other aspects of life. Just think football-coaches, tennis-coaches, fitness-coaches, nutritionist etc. It’s quite common to have a steady expert help you out and I find that it’s no different in my line of work. Having me around 1 or 2 times per week for months at a time is by far the most results-safe option, but if this commitment is too much for you, then there’s always the easier alternatives of Private Class or Weekend Course.
